INFO
Systems is where I keep my favorite Notion builds: templates designed to look as good as they work. As a Certified Notion Expert, Official Notion Ambassador, and Official Notion Builder, I design every system around how people actually think, then give it enough personality that they want to open it every day.
First up is The Brand Bible, a Notion workspace that holds an entire brand in one place.
A brand is not just a logo. It's every decision about
how a business looks, sounds, and shows up, and
most of those decisions live scattered across
folders, docs, and someone's memory.
The Brand Bible pulls it all into one Notion
workspace: mission and values, color palette,
typography, photography direction, voice rules,
and content pillars, all connected so nothing
contradicts anything else.
Under the hood it's a web of linked databases.
On the surface, it's black, red, and polaroids.
Intricate where it counts, and it looks good doing it.

Most brand guides are a PDF that someone fills out once and then never opens again. The Brand Bible is built to stay in use. It has eight sections (identity, color, typography, moodboard, photography direction, design rules, asset library and content pillars), and they all connect back to a front-page dashboard with a consistency score that recalculates as you go.
I designed the architecture, wrote every page and built the twelve AI agents that do the tedious parts. They calculate WCAG contrast ratios, write shot briefs, audit designs against the brand’s own rules and pack a project-specific creative brief when you say what you’re making. It still works without Notion AI. You just do the agents' homework yourself.

Most creators pick content pillars the way people pick a gym: on a whim, with good intentions, and without coming back. This playbook takes the opposite approach. It works through five chapters, starting with the patterns in what someone already makes and ending with pillars built from those patterns.
I wrote the strategy framework and every prompt, then designed the Notion build around it with chapter navigation, notes pages and master databases working quietly in the background. You end up with a content identity you can trust and pillars that hold the work up without boxing it in.
A capture-and-content system for people who think in ten directions at once.

Your brain is not broken. It is just full. The Brain Cloud is a zero-friction place to dump every half-formed idea. AI sorts the pile, and a content queue turns the keepers into posts.
I built it on two databases, three AI automations and eleven views, with formulas that do the nagging so nobody else has to. The copy runs through the whole system too, from the welcome page to the documentation, because a template that needs a tutorial to understand its own tutorial has already lost.

Showing up on camera is a skill, and it’s also mildly terrifying. This workbook treats both as true. It moves through seven chapters:
I wrote every chapter and prompt and built the dashboard that ties them together. It connects to content ideation, a content planner and its own B-roll shot bank, so the confidence turns into posts.
A pre-planned footage library, so shoot day stops being a staring contest with your desk.

Editing content without B-roll is like making coffee without caffeine. Technically possible, but why? The Shot Bank is a visual content library where every shot is planned before anyone hits record. It’s organized by category and has a raw shot ideas page, seasonal shot packs, a quick start guide and troubleshooting for when things get weird.
The filming tips come from my time shooting and cutting B-roll on set, like capturing wide, medium and close, keeping clips short and faking variety with three spaces and three outfits. Filming works in batches, and the library grows clip by clip. The more it holds, the less anyone has to think on shoot day.
